Not long ago, CCID Research Institute released the "Manufacturing Innovation Index Report (2020)" (hereinafter referred to as CCID's "Report"). The "Report" shows that as a comprehensive indicator to measure the level of manufacturing innovation development, my country's national manufacturing innovation index has steadily increased year by year, with an average annual growth rate of 14.39% from 2011 to 2018. Benchmarking world-class innovation to help enterprises take off
In the "14th Five-Year Plan" outline, innovation has been elevated to unprecedented heights. The outline of the "14th Five-Year Plan" clearly stated that innovation should be maintained at the core of the overall situation of my country's modernization drive, and scientific and technological self-reliance should be taken as a strategic support for national development. Hao Peng, director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, once said that central enterprises are the national team of technological innovation. In the fields of manned spaceflight, deep-sea exploration, high-speed railways, high-end equipment, energy and chemical engineering, mobile communications, Beidou navigation, domestic aircraft carriers, nuclear power and other fields, a large number of world-leading landmark achievements have emerged. Since the 13th Five-Year Plan, central enterprises have won a total of 364 National Science and Technology Progress Awards and Technological Invention Awards, accounting for 38% of the total number of similar awards in the country.
